Offline address book not updating outlook 2016

After you install Dynamics 365 for Outlook, you have to set some options so that users can send and receive email from Dynamics 365 for Outlook and to specify what data is synchronized.

In particular, for best performance, you should ensure that you enable only the minimum required entities and views for offline use in Dynamics 365 for Outlook. For example, sometimes, tracking email from the Outlook Search folder gives an error when Cached Exchange Mode is off when you set up your Exchange email account in Outlook. The best practice is to turn on Cached Exchange Mode when you set up your Exchange email account in Outlook. You can install Dynamics 365 for Outlook with offline capability.A user who has this capability installed can access Microsoft Dynamics 365 data when they are not connected to the LAN.XYZ.local Is Valid : True Server : Offline Address Lists Address Lists : Versions : Is Default : True Public Folder Database : Public Folder Distribution Enabled : False Web Distribution Enabled : True Diff Retention Period : 30 Schedule : Virtual Directories : Exchange Version : 0.20 ( Admin Display Name : Name : XYZ Offline Address Book (Ex2013) Distinguished Name : CN=XYZ Offline Address Book (Ex2013), CN=Offline Address Lists, CN=Address Lists Container, CN=Exchange, CN=M Based on this it sounds like you have two Offline Address Books.

One states version 8.0, which is correct for 2007, but another states version 6.5, which is Exchange 2003. I see there are three Offline Address lists in your setup.

To make sure it is within the GAL, open Outlook Web App and search for this room. If you are using Outlook in cached mode it won't be directly accessing the GAL but instead the Offline Address Book which is only refreshed every 24 hours by default.

Do these rooms show up correctly if you log into Outlook Web App?

You need to speed up a SQL Server app, but you only want to make index changes.

You don’t want to buy hardware, change SQL Server, or change the code.
